I had a very pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel in Klagenfurt. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodation and convenient location.

The hotel was superb, only one small issue, it was very hot outside, we were given a fan in our room, but they really should get/provide air conditioning.

The staff here are extremely pleasant, more so than any other place I've stayed this trip so far. (Though the people at the Busby Hotel in Nice were very close!) Really a very nice little hotel.

The rooms were perfect for a short stay, equipped with all the necessary stuff. The wifi coverage was good, so no problem for late-night e-mails. The staff was nice and the hotel had a great location right in the city center. The breakfast was very good and the staff, especially at the reception, was nice. The bar and reception manager gave us great advice for our motorcycling adventures and always had a cold beer waiting for us.

The male receptionist who welcomed us was extremely pleasant and informative - he assisted us with the bus arrangements for the Ironman day.

The wi-fi was so fast that I managed to watch some streamed tv. The staff were very helpful especially as my German is limited.

It was slightly confusing having an agency on the ground floor and the reception upstairs, but that was not a problem.

the customer service was top-notch, with attention to every detail that made my stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Despite the hotel's unattractive exterior, my room was cozy and had everything I needed. the highlight was definitely the breakfast, which was absolutely wonderful. There were plenty of choices, from eggs and pastries to cereals, cheeses, and jams. the variety of buns and bread was impressive too. the staff at the breakfast service were friendly, informative, and always ready to help.

Space, clean, helpful staff

Reception close at 22:30, Reception unusually on 2nd floor, lot of stairs. Even on the same floor. The hotel does not meet 4-stars standard as per international definition. Absence of services usual in 4-star hotels. I think, it is expensive 3-star standard.

Very nice and friendly stuff. Location just 15 walk from the railway station, and 5 min from the center. Quite place. Very nice breakfast. Clean. Free WiFi.

It was a bit hot in the room (beginning of september) and central air- condition did not work, or I did not find a switch ;). Besides that everything was just fine.

The location in the heart of the town was perfect for exploring. The hotel facilities were clean and reliable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and was delicious.

Very nice hotel, in the city centre but easy to find and park. Excellent staff both at checking and breakfast. Free and really fast Internet connection. I can really reccomend it onyone.

If anything, maybe reception could be open slightly longer, I suppose many people would come by car, so it is not always possible to predict arrival time.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, providing me with excellent service throughout my business stay. The location was great, just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it a convenient base for exploring. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had an impressive selection of food and beverages.

While the hotel was comfortable, the building itself lacked a little character and felt more commercial than residential. the room I stayed in faced a busy street, which meant that the traffic noise could be quite loud in the mornings.
